Your right to opt out under the CCPA and other state privacy laws.

Depending on the campaign, HyperTarget Marketing may “sell” or “share” (as state privacy laws define those terms) certain personal information — such as contact details, service inquiries, internet activity, and approximate location — with advertisers, call- and lead-distribution platforms, and advertising partners, so that businesses can respond to your request and so we can measure advertising. How to opt out

• Email: send your name, phone number, and email address to privacy@hypertargetmarketing.com with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share.” We use this information only to locate your records and honor your request.
• Contact form: submit your request via our contact page.
• Global Privacy Control: we treat a recognized GPC browser signal as a valid opt-out for that browser and device.

Opting out stops future sales and sharing of your personal information by us; it does not retract information already provided to a business that contacted you — you may also ask that business directly to stop contacting you and to delete your information.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. Residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws may use the same methods to opt out of targeted advertising or the sale of personal data.
