California Privacy Notice

Effective date: June 7, 2026. This notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (“CCPA”).

Categories of personal information we collect

In the last 12 months we have collected the following categories of personal information, from the sources and for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy:

  • Identifiers — name, email, phone number, postal address or ZIP, IP address.
  • Commercial information — service inquiries, campaign interactions, transaction records for network participants.
  • Internet or other electronic network activity — pages viewed, clicks, referring URLs, device and browser data.
  • Approximate geolocation — ZIP/city/state provided or derived from IP address.
  • Audio information — call recordings and transcripts, where permitted by law.
  • Inferences — likely service interest.

Sale and sharing

Depending on the campaign, we may “sell” or “share” (as the CCPA defines those terms) identifiers, commercial information, internet activity, approximate geolocation, and inferences with advertisers, call- and lead-distribution platforms, and advertising partners, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes requiring a right to limit under the CCPA.

Your rights

  • Right to know / access — request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
  • Right to delete — request deletion of personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Right to correct — request correction of inaccurate personal information.
  • Right to opt out of sale or sharing — direct us not to sell or share your personal information; see our Do Not Sell or Share page.
  • Right to non-discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

How to submit a request

Email privacy@hypertargetmarketing.com with the subject “California Privacy Request,” or use our contact form. We will verify your request using the information you provide (typically name, email, and phone number) and respond within the time required by law. You may use an authorized agent by providing the agent’s written authorization; we may still verify your identity directly. We honor recognized Global Privacy Control signals as opt-out requests for the browser and device on which they are received.

Shine the Light

California’s “Shine the Light” law (Civil Code § 1798.83) permits California residents to request certain information about disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct-marketing purposes.
